» When are updates and how many pictures are in each update?

Tied Girls is updated every weekend with two new bondage picture sets & two archive sets as well as a video clip. We also have special areas of the site that are usually updated once a month.

Picture sets vary in size depending on when they were first published, but usually you will get 80 to 150 *NEW* exclusive high quality bondage images each weekend plus the archive images.

» Do you have videos?

Video clips in Media Player format are at 640 x 480 viewing size. IPod format videos are available in 320 x 240 (playable in Quicktime, ITunes & your video IPod). You will also need a program for unzipping .zip files (WinZip or StuffIt).

» How many weeks of updates are available?

There are always five weeks worth of new updates and five weeks of archive sets available. Tied Girls "Special Galleries", pin-up & fetish pictures are never removed from the site!!

» My account was blocked, why?

There are several reasons why your account may be blocked. While most are due to the ISP you are using because of Proxy Servers, a few reasons are due to password sharing. We cannot stress the following enough; Do NOT use usernames/passwords from other website accounts on Tied Girls. Security gets compromised when you use the same account information in multiple locations. Most of the blocked access automatically resets itself in 3 hours. A few require manual resets.

» How to choose a username / password.

We allow our members to choose usernames / passwords to Tied Girls instead of assigning them randomly. In order for us to continue to allow you to choose your own information, you must comply with a few basic things concerning passwords.

Firstly, don't choose a password that has the username included in it.
For instance, username = tiedgirls, password = bondage. (This is just an example, it's not an actual account). Accounts like this will only force us to assign account information instead of allowing you the ability to choose them.

Secondly, dont use a username / password combination that has less than 7 letters in them. Your password should contain at least the same amount of characters as your username, if not more.

Lastly, Don't use common dictionary words.
Today, anyone with a computer can get D.A.P Scripts (Dictionary Attack Programs). These programs try multiple combinations of usernames and passwords until they are either blocked by our security system or they actually penetrate the security because of improper account creation. The more common your account information is, the easier it will be for these scripts to penetrate.

» Can I use a download accelerator?

We recommend you don't use one. Download accelerators are great products. However, they also open multiple connections in order to do their job. Our security checks against multiple connections. If it detects one, it automatically de-activates your account and prevents you from accessing Tied Girls until your account has been reset manually.

» Why are you not answering my email?

We answer every email that we get. Support emails have priority over other emails. However, if you have sent us an email and it hasn't been resolved within 24 hours, chances are we may have missed it or not received it at all. If you have sent an email and we have not responded, just send us another email from our contact form. You can choose to send to Rachel Paine, Viking or Michael King as well as Support. ATTENTION AOL users, we CANNOT respond to any A.O.L. email accounts. AOL is blocking all email from Tied Girls (and most likely other Adult Related / Bondage / Fetish websites). If you are using AOL, please sign up to one of the free email services available and use that instead to communicate with us.

When you subscribe, you are billed $19.95 immediately. Your subscription will automatically be renewed every 30 days for your convenience until you cancel.

The 90 Day subscriptions are a non-recurring charge and will expire automatically.

Memberships through Web900 are non-recurring and will expire 30 days after purchase.

» How do I find my username and password if I lose it?

You can email Support using our Contact page. You should give your full name and the email address you used when signing up in order to make it easier for the transaction number to be found. If you have your transaction number or pincode number please send these as well as they make the lookup of your username and password easier. If you joined using Web900 please send your full phone number that you used when you called in.

» I can't log in. What's wrong?

Are you sure you are using the right name and password for this site? Please make sure!

If there is a billing problem that results in the cancellation of your account it is possible for your subscription to expire without your knowledge (although normally CCBill & iBill will send an email to your email address that you used when signing up).

If you are using AOL, we strongly suggest using another browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. They're both free to download and use!
